Terms & Conditions

This page is an operational event-policy draft, written directly from the rules VoBu's organizer has supplied. It is not a legal document, has not been reviewed by an attorney, and does not reference or rely on any specific legislation. It should be reviewed by the organizer and, ideally, legal counsel before public launch. Sections still awaiting organizer input are marked clearly below.

WTC Exhibition Hall, Curaçao

2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Full VoBu Kiki

Price: XCG 175 per person.
Reservation: minimum 2 guests, maximum 10 guests.

Includes:

  • Access from 2:00 PM
  • Seated table
  • Shared dining concept
  • Unlimited mimosas until 5:00 PM
  • Afterparty access until 9 PM

Any items or drinks offered for purchase outside these stated inclusions (for example, Prosecco by the bottle) are not included in the Full VoBu Kiki ticket price and are paid for separately.

VoBu Experience

Price: XCG 75 per person.
Reservation: minimum 1 guest, maximum 10 guests.
Entry: from 5:00 PM.

Includes:

  • Afterparty access
  • 2 mimosa cocktails per ticket
  • Standing cocktail-table access

Does not include:

  • Shared dining
  • A seated dining table
  • Unlimited mimosa service
  • Table-selection privileges

RSVP Status

Submitting an RSVP through this website does not, by itself, mean a reservation has been finally confirmed. The VoBu team will contact the reservation holder using the email address and/or WhatsApp number provided to confirm the reservation and share any next steps.

Optional Downpayment

The 20% downpayment applies only to Full VoBu Kiki reservations. It:

  • is entirely optional
  • equals 20% of the total reservation amount
  • is applied toward the outstanding reservation balance
  • is non-refundable (see below)
  • cannot be paid online through this website
  • can only be paid in cash, in person, at the designated downpayment session

Table Selection

Guests who make the qualifying 20% downpayment during the designated session may view the VoBu floor plan and choose their preferred available table. Table selection is subject to availability at the time the downpayment is made — no particular table is guaranteed before it has actually been selected and confirmed in person.

Guests who do not make a downpayment can still RSVP and attend once their reservation is confirmed; they simply do not receive advance table-selection privileges.

Non-Refundable Downpayment

The 20% downpayment is non-refundable.

Guest Information

The reservation holder is responsible for providing correct names and contact information for their party. This website only collects the additional guest names required to manage the reservation — no contact details are collected for anyone other than the reservation holder.

Event Schedule / Changes

Event details — including entertainment, programming, timing, or other operational arrangements — may be adjusted by the organizer when reasonably necessary.

Organizer / legal review needed

A specific cancellation and refund policy has not yet been supplied. This section is a placeholder — it will be added here once finalized, rather than assumed or invented.

Conduct

VoBu is intended to be a welcoming queer celebration. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or behavior that materially disrupts the event may result in removal from the venue.

Photography / Video

Photography and video may be taken during the event for event documentation and promotional content.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are part of some ticket inclusions, as described above. Guests are responsible for drinking responsibly.

Privacy

Reservation information is used to:

  • manage the RSVP
  • contact the reservation holder
  • administer event participation
  • manage table-selection status where applicable
